INGREDIENTS
- 1 packet indomie noodles
- salt to taste
- cayene pepper
- chilli
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 big carrot and one bell pepper shredded (you can use any vegetables of choice)
- chopped coriander
- 2 tbsp tomato paste/2 tomatoes blended
- 1 medium sized onion sliced
- bumbu sauce
DIRECTIONS
- To a sufuria ,add water and a pinch of salt bring this to a boil then add your indomie noodles.
- Let them cook for 3 minutes or till fork tender.
- Once ready drain and put aside to cool.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat,add onion and let this cook for 2 minutes.
- Add tomato paste, stir and let it simmer for 2 minutes
- Add vegies and stir till well coated with the paste,let them cook to your preferred tenderness.
- Add the pre-coooked noodles,stir and Let this cook for about 3 minutes
- Sprinkle some chili, cayenne pepper,salt,bumbu sauce and corriander,stir these in till well incorporated.
- Taste for flavour and adjust to your liking.
- Serve hot.
