EASY VEGETABLES STIR FRY INDOMIE NOODLES RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 packet indomie noodles
  • salt to taste
  • cayene pepper
  • chilli
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 big carrot and one bell pepper shredded (you can use any vegetables of choice)
  • chopped coriander
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste/2 tomatoes blended
  • 1 medium sized onion sliced
  • bumbu sauce
DIRECTIONS
  • To a sufuria ,add water and a pinch of salt bring this to a boil then add your indomie noodles.
  • Let them cook for 3 minutes or till fork tender.
  • Once ready drain and put aside to cool.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat,add onion and let this cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add tomato paste, stir and let it simmer for 2 minutes
  • Add vegies and stir till well coated with the paste,let them cook to your preferred tenderness.
  • Add the pre-coooked noodles,stir and Let this cook for about 3 minutes
  • Sprinkle some chili, cayenne pepper,salt,bumbu sauce and corriander,stir these in till well incorporated.
  • Taste for flavour and adjust to your liking.
  • Serve hot.
