BANANA AND MANGO FRUIT SALAD SERVED WITH YOGURT AND CRUSHED GROUNDNUTS

I am so excited to be sharing this recipe with you! Its unbelievably easy to make and requires no heat[for those who are afraid of heat 😉]All credits go to my good friend and chef Samuel Muchai aka Ymas!

INGREDIENTS (serves 4)

.Bananas – 2

.Mangoes – 2

.Yoghurt – 500 ml

.Groundnuts – 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE

1. Peel and slice the bananas and mangoes into small dices.

2. Crush the groundnuts and set aside.

3. In a glass, put 1 tbsp. of yoghurt followed by 1 tbsp. of bananas and mangoes each and sprinkle on top with 1 tsp. of crushed groundnuts. Repeat this procedure in the same order until the glass is full.

4. Put in fridge to cool for 10 minutes.

5. Serve
